We strive ourselves with helping find you the Purrfect kitten. Rahmani_Coons place is located in Nebraska. We love producing the healthiest kittens and building lifelong friendships with the families who purchase our kittens. All our kings and queens are Genetically tested for HCM, PKD, and SMA and are negative. We breed for health and personalities. I am extremely honest on personality as I want my kittens in the best homes. Our wishes for the future is to continue seeing our kittens thriving and growing up in amazing homes. We produce Maine Coons that we have imported from Russia, Turkey, and Italy.

 About the Breed

Maine Coons

The Maine Coons Cat is considered the only longhaired breed native to the United States. The breed was probably introduced by seamen who sailed in from New England. The cats they carried on their ships most likely breed with the existing native cats in United States.

Maine Coons One of the Largest Domestic Breed 

Maine Coons are one od the largest Domestic cat breeds and are known for their large size and muscular build.

-Average Height is 10-16 inches from shoulder to floor

-Average Weight: Males 18-30lBs, Females 12-18lbs

-Average Length is up to 48inches. Our Red male (king) is only 16 month old and 25 pounds and 43inches long. This length is from the tip of the nose to the end of the tail.

Maine Coons are slow to mature and can take up to five years to reach their full size. They have a first growth spurt between 3 and 7 months of age.

Maine Coons need more space than your average cat to explore, climb, and play. They enjoy high perches and lookout points. Because of their high energy levels, these cats love to play and should be in a household that will nurture that playfulness with plenty of attention and toys.  Its is also important that you are able to spend a good amount of time with them because of their social and loving disposition, these kitties will do best in an environment full of attention and love.

Our personal Goals for our program

Our personal Goals are to breed to the TICA and CFA standards. We have started our cat show journey and enjoy meeting like minded people at the cat shows. We already have a couple champion in our home. 

Another Goal for us is to produce a kitten from our big red male King that would surpass the Guinness world record. Our male king is just 16 month old 25pounds and 43 inches long.
